Username / Password
Your username is the email address you signed up with. You can request a new password on the login page, simply click on "Forgot Password?".
If you do not receive an email with your new password within a few minutes, view our tips on receiving emails.
Your username and password are case and space-sensitive.
Our biggest tip is to make sure there are no spaces before or after your email address or password. Another tip is to not use autofill straight away if you are on a mobile device.
If you find the challenge persists, one thing to try is to close your browser totally, re-open it, and try again. If you are using a browser like Chrome, it might be holding cache (memory of what the page was like the last time you were there), so trying another browser or clearing cache is a good solution.
Managing your Details
When you have logged in to Recallers, you can visit "My Account" to manage your email address and password and see when your membership will end or auto-renew if you are a Recallers Alumni.
