If you visit the Home School The Dog login page, you can request to reset your password. Here is the login link:
https://www.homeschoolthedog.com/login
All you need to do is click on the text that says "Forgot Password", then enter your email address that you use for Home School The Dog online, and click on the "Send Recovery Info" button. We've attached a screencap to the end of this note showing where you can find this.
NOTE: The password reset is time-sensitive and will expire within 24 hours.
Our biggest tip is to make sure there are no spaces before or after your email address or password. Another tip is to not use autofill straight away if you are on a mobile device.
If the email with your password does not arrive in your inbox, try a search in your other folders like clutter, promotions or spam.
Invalid Email
If you receive an invalid email error message, the issue generally comes up if there is space before or after the email address, or if 'auto-fill' is used on a mobile device.
A great way to have the email address accepted is to type it manually, as that prevents inadvertent spaces.
Can't find your Login Email?
The email will be from 'Home School The Dog and the homeschoolthedog@t.kajabimail.net email address, and have the subject line "Reset password instructions".
OUR TOP TIP FOR RECEIVING EMAILS:
It may be necessary to clear our emails to arrive in your inbox. If our emails pass through Comcast/Yahoo/AOL/Hotmail or an education/government/private provider that highly filters your email, there are settings that can be changed to include us as a safe sender. Our emails will be sent from either customerhappiness@clickerdogs.com (classroom communications and support) or from homeschoolthedog@t.kajabimail.net (system emails, like the one with your password).
There are many tutorials on how to add email addresses as a safe sender: Simply search for your email provider and the words safe sender. For example AOL safe sender or Hotmail safe sender.
